It does if inheritances transfer automatically to your husband, and you'd like his signature on some divorce papers.

Who in the world couldn't come up with a deal, though? She could ask for a million dollars, some big old country estate, reverse a war, end poverty, etc?

I don't believe the Admiral makes a habit of calling up people without personal problems. Even if the problem is something big, it does usually seem to be personal.
